Sarwar Shareef
Managing Member
Sarwar is the founder of Cozy Home Construction. He is a retired P&G senior director formerly overseeing construction projects throughout the world for over 30 years. His inspiration for starting CHC was his father. Sarwar has a strong interest in helping less-fortunate members of the community, while exploring the boundaries of affordable architecture and interior design. He has a graduate degree in civil engineering from MIT.
Aleeya is a pediatric resident physician. She has a strong interest in helping others, serving as their advocates, and addressing the social determinants that drive societal healthcare disparities. She has a love for architecture and interior design - and seeks to explore the intersection of affordable design and health and wellness.

Yusuf Shareef
Member
Yusuf is a senior at The Ohio State University, studying industrial engineering. He has had multiple engineering internships, most recently at SpaceX in Boca Chica, Texas. He is passionate about helping the less fortunate in the community and brings financial and organizational design academic insight to the team. Yusuf enjoys playing and watching sports, investing, and fitness.
Steve Albert
Director of External Relations
Steve has diverse business experience (including at P&G). He came to Cincinnati over 25 years ago as a Partner with Grant Thornton, LLP, a global management consulting and public accounting firm.
Steve's commitment is to the design of a sustainable model that provides a path to home ownership for Cincinnati's historically disenfranchised populations. He has graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
