Our Work

Cozy Home Construction is currently focused on building detached single family dwellings in the Evanston & Avondale neighborhoods.  These modern sustainable houses are priced under $400k.  The first house is under construction at 3234 Gilbert Avenue, Evanston - see adjacent renderings and floor plans.

We plan to build 4-5 houses in 2024.  Some of these houses will be ranch style and universal design (accessible design).
